How the Placement Bonus Works
When you secure a job through Talent Torch, you could earn a placement bonus of up to £4,500.
If you apply for a job by other means or directly, we can't pay the bonus. In summary, here's how it works:
- Eligibility: The job listing must mention the placement bonus for you to qualify.
- Payment Schedule: You’ll receive 50% of the bonus within 14 days after we receive payment from the employer. The remaining 50% will be paid once you’ve completed 90 days in the role.
- Conditions: To receive the bonus, you must stay employed for at least 90 days.
- Bonus Forfeiture: If the employer doesn’t pay us within six months, or if you leave the role before 90 days, the bonus is no longer payable.
- Non-Eligibility for Other Means: If you secure the role directly or through another source, you won’t receive the bonus.
- Bonus Adjustments: If the role or salary changes from what was advertised, the bonus may be adjusted to match the new salary.
